S7-400H冗余系統(tǒng)的模式
首次接通 S7-400H 的電源時(shí)，首先啟動(dòng)的 CPU 將作為主站 CPU，而另一個(gè) CPU 則作
為備用站 CPU。當(dāng)兩個(gè) CPU 同時(shí)上電時(shí)，將會(huì)保留預(yù)設(shè)的主站-備用站分配。
運(yùn)行過程中，冗余系統(tǒng)中的主備CPU狀態(tài)可能不同：

S7－400冗余控制器 的 “REDF”指示燈用于指示冗余系統(tǒng)的同步狀態(tài)，當(dāng)它閃爍時(shí)表示兩個(gè)控制器正在鏈接或同步。當(dāng)它常亮?xí)r表示冗錯(cuò)系統(tǒng)同步丟失，包括CPU之間的同步故障和IO冗余，此時(shí)若控制器發(fā)生切換，可能會(huì)對生產(chǎn)帶來不利的影響，提醒維護(hù)人員及時(shí)排除故障。下面為 H-CPU 的REDF 發(fā)光二極管點(diǎn)亮?xí)r指示的錯(cuò)誤：

D: 發(fā)光二極管不亮 直線位移傳感器的工作原理是跟滑動(dòng)變阻器一樣的，它作為分壓器使用的，它是以相對的輸出電壓來呈現(xiàn)出所測量位置的實(shí)際上的位置。對這個(gè)裝置的工作有下面幾點(diǎn)要求： 一、如果電子尺已經(jīng)使用很長時(shí)間了，而且密封已經(jīng)老化，同時(shí)夾雜著很多雜質(zhì)，而且水混合物和油會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響電刷的接觸電阻的，這樣會(huì)使顯示的數(shù)字不停地跳動(dòng)。這個(gè)時(shí)候可以說直線位移傳感器的電子尺已經(jīng)損壞了，需要更換。 二、若電源的容量很小，就會(huì)出現(xiàn)很多情況的，所以，供電電源需要有充分的容量。那么，容量不足，就會(huì)造成如下的情況：熔膠的運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)使合模電子尺的顯示變換，有波動(dòng)，或者合模的運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)使射膠電子尺的顯示波動(dòng)，造成測量結(jié)果誤差很大。如果電磁閥的驅(qū)動(dòng)電源于電子尺供電電源同時(shí)在一起的時(shí)候，更容易出現(xiàn)以上的情況，情況嚴(yán)重時(shí)用萬用表的電壓檔甚至可以測量到電壓的有關(guān)波動(dòng)。如果情況不是因?yàn)楦哳l干擾、靜電干擾或者是中性不夠好的造成的，那么就有可能是電源的功率太小造成的。 三、調(diào)頻干擾和靜電干擾都有可能讓直線位移傳感器的電子尺的顯示數(shù)字跳動(dòng)的。電子尺的信號線與設(shè)備的強(qiáng)電線路要分開線槽。電子尺必須要強(qiáng)制性地使用接地支架，而且同時(shí)讓電子尺的外殼跟地面良好地接觸。信號線需要使用屏蔽線，而且電箱的一段應(yīng)該跟屏蔽線接地的。如果有高頻干擾的時(shí)候，通常使用萬用表的電壓測量就會(huì)顯示正常，但是顯示數(shù)字就是會(huì)跳動(dòng)不停的；而出現(xiàn)靜電干擾時(shí)，出現(xiàn)的情況也是跟高頻干擾一樣的。要證明看是否是靜電干擾時(shí)，可以先使用一段電源線把電子尺的封蓋螺絲跟機(jī)器上的某一些的金屬短接起來就可以了，只要一短接起來，靜電干擾就會(huì)馬上消除掉的。但是如果要消除掉高頻干擾就很難用上面的方法了，變頻節(jié)電器和機(jī)器手都經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)高頻干擾的，所以可以試一下用停止高頻節(jié)電器或者機(jī)械手的方法來驗(yàn)證是不是高頻干擾的。 四、如果直線位移傳感器的電子尺在工作的過程當(dāng)中，在某一點(diǎn)的顯示數(shù)據(jù)有規(guī)律地跳動(dòng)，或者是沒有顯示數(shù)據(jù)的時(shí)候，出現(xiàn)這種情況就需要檢查連接線絕緣是不是出現(xiàn)破損的現(xiàn)象，并且跟機(jī)器的外殼很有規(guī)律地接觸而導(dǎo)致的對地短路。 五、供電的電壓一定要穩(wěn)定，工業(yè)的電壓需要符合±0.1[%]的穩(wěn)定性，例如，基準(zhǔn)電壓是10V的話，就可以允許有±0.01V的波動(dòng)變化，如果不是的話，就會(huì)引起顯示的圈套波動(dòng)這樣的情況。但是如果這個(gè)時(shí)候的顯示波動(dòng)的幅度沒有超過波動(dòng)電壓的波動(dòng)的幅度的話，那么電子尺就是正常的了。 六、安裝直線位移傳感器的對中性需要很好，但是平行度可以允許有±0.5mm的誤差，角度可以允許有±12°的誤差。但是如果平行度誤差和角度誤差都是偏大的話，這樣會(huì)出現(xiàn)顯示數(shù)字跳動(dòng)的情況。那么出現(xiàn)這樣的情況的時(shí)候，必須要對平行度和角度進(jìn)行調(diào)整了。 七、在連接的過程當(dāng)中，一定要多加注意，電子尺的三條線是不可以接錯(cuò)的，電源線和輸出線是不可以調(diào)換的。如果上面的線接錯(cuò)的話，就會(huì)出現(xiàn)線性誤差很大的情況，要控制的話是很難的，控制的精度也會(huì)變得很差，而顯示很容易出現(xiàn)跳動(dòng)的現(xiàn)象等等。
S7-400H CPU的同步
S7-400H CPU通過一對同步光纜進(jìn)行主備CPU間的自動(dòng)同步。
首次上電的H-CPU對，在10分鐘左右的上電自檢后，應(yīng)該處理STOP模式，并且CPU的正面通過機(jī)架指示燈（Rack0/Rack1，機(jī)架拔碼在CPU背部）和主CPU指示燈（MSTR）提示當(dāng)前CPU的主備狀態(tài)。此時(shí)可以進(jìn)行CPU下載以進(jìn)入冗余模式。
冗余CPU 在進(jìn)入冗余模式運(yùn)行之前，Master CPU先運(yùn)行起來，然后Standby CPU要和Master CPU進(jìn)行同步。

在調(diào)試時(shí)，會(huì)遇到Master CPU 處于運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，但Standby CPU無法從Stop 變?yōu)镽un狀態(tài)的情況，這是因?yàn)橥竭^程的Link-UP 或UPDATE無法進(jìn)行。此時(shí)，請查看以下情況：
q 正在刪除、裝載、生成或者壓縮塊；
q CPU 中調(diào)試(Test and commissioning)的功能在激活狀態(tài)。例如，變量表中正在監(jiān)控某些變量；正在監(jiān)控硬件組態(tài)或者程序；
q 兩個(gè)CPU 上內(nèi)存卡不相同；
q 兩個(gè)CPU 上的Firmware 版本不一致；
q CPU 上裝的是 Flash 卡，但 Flash 卡上保存的內(nèi)容不一致；
q 同步模塊是否正常，同步光纖是否正確連接。
q CPU 的機(jī)架號是否正確設(shè)置，一個(gè)為rack 0，另一個(gè)為rack1
q 檢查CPU 是否有強(qiáng)制變量，如果有請取消。
q 冗余CPU中H beters設(shè)置是否合適
q 冗余CPU中用于保證OB運(yùn)行的LOCAL DATA緩存區(qū)設(shè)置過小。典型情況是配置了冗余IO的S7-412H的CPU，如果不修改LOCAL DATA的默認(rèn)值，會(huì)出現(xiàn)明明已經(jīng)裝載了所有OB塊，CPU故障診斷信息中依然提示該OB未裝載或未運(yùn)行。
S7-400H 固件下載與升級方法
CPU 固件升級步驟：
a) 更新操作系統(tǒng)的基本步驟
1. 在 HW Config 中打開含有要進(jìn)行更新的 CPU 的自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)
2. 選中該 CPU
3. 選擇菜單命令“PLC > Update Firmware”(PLC > 更新固件)
4. 在“Update Firmware”(更新固件) 對話框中，使用“Browse”(瀏覽) 按鈕選擇指向固件更新文件 (*.UPD) 的路徑
5. 選擇固件更新文件，“Update Firmware”(更新固件) 對話框隨后將在下面部分中指示此文件所適合的模塊和最低固件版本
6. 單擊“Execute”(執(zhí)行) 按鈕。
注意事項(xiàng)：
最初，CPU 的所有 LED 指示燈 (INTF、EXTF、FRCE、CRST、RUN、STOP) 都亮起。大約兩分鐘后，操作系統(tǒng)更新完成，并通過慢速閃爍的 STOP LED 燈加以指示 (提示由系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行全面復(fù)位)。更新之后將開始自檢；根據(jù)存儲(chǔ)器容量大小，此過程要用數(shù)分鐘時(shí)間。
b) 使用冗余自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)時(shí)的特殊情況
使用冗余自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)時(shí)，也可在運(yùn)行模式下對 CPU 的操作系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行更新。在運(yùn)行中，只能將固件更新到固件的下一個(gè)較高版本。在運(yùn)行模式下，無法降級到較低的固件版本。
在運(yùn)行中更新操作系統(tǒng) (另請閱讀提供的任何附加版本信息)
1. 在 HW-Config 中選擇此 CPU
2. 執(zhí)行菜單命令“PLC > Update Firmware”(PLC -> 更新固件) -> 安裝向?qū)щS即啟動(dòng)，如果需要，它會(huì)自動(dòng)在兩個(gè) CPU 上安裝固件更新包
冗余自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的兩個(gè) CPU 必須采用相同固件版本。 如果其中一個(gè) CPU 出現(xiàn)故障，只需訂購一個(gè)具有相同訂貨號的新 CPU。 新 CPU 將會(huì)提供最新固件版本，此版本可能會(huì)高于故障 CPU 的固件版本?，F(xiàn)在有兩種選擇：
選擇 1：將仍在運(yùn)行的 CPU 升級至新 CPU 的最新固件版本：
1. 在 HW-Config 中選擇此 CPU
2. 執(zhí)行菜單命令“PLC > Operating state > Switch to”(PLC -> 運(yùn)行狀態(tài) -> 切換到)，然后選中選項(xiàng)框“with changed operating system”(使用更改后的操作系統(tǒng))
3. 針對第二個(gè) CPU，執(zhí)行菜單命令“PLC > Update Firmware”(PLC -> 更新固件)
4. 將 CPU 冷啟動(dòng) -> 自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)此時(shí)會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)到冗余運(yùn)行模式
選擇 2：將新 CPU 降級至仍在運(yùn)行的 CPU 的較低固件版本 (無法在運(yùn)行模式下降級；步驟與上面的“a)”相同，但不插入 FOC 同步電纜)
哪些冗余CPU可以不停機(jī)升級系統(tǒng)固件版本
冗余型的CPU在固件版本V4.5及以上就可以不停機(jī)升級系統(tǒng)固件版本了。具體方法和步驟可以參考：
將CPU410從V8.0任意版本升級至V8.1均需要停機(jī)。
如何查看和下載CPU固件更新的內(nèi)容
