1該機(jī)由機(jī)架、減速調(diào)速傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，加熱散熱機(jī)構(gòu)，封口印字機(jī)構(gòu)，輸送裝置及電器電子控制系統(tǒng)等部件組成。
2接通電源，各機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)始工作。電熱元件通電后加熱，使上下加熱塊急劇升溫并通控制系統(tǒng)調(diào)整到所需溫度；壓印輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)；根據(jù)需要冷卻系統(tǒng)開(kāi)動(dòng)冷卻；輸送帶送轉(zhuǎn)、并由調(diào)速裝置調(diào)整到所需的速度。

3.鏤孔：切出各種花型的孔，并做熔邊處理；
4.開(kāi)條：對(duì)材料進(jìn)行單條或多條同時(shí)開(kāi)切，并做熔邊處理無(wú)毛邊；
5.成型：同時(shí)切除、縫合、壓花，使產(chǎn)品一次成型。
