首先將原礦用隔爆兼本質(zhì)安全型真空電磁啟動器控制乳化液泵站運(yùn)行改為礦用隔爆兼本質(zhì)安全型變頻器控制乳化液泵站運(yùn)行,泵站高壓系統(tǒng)出口增設(shè)壓力傳感器。系統(tǒng)主要環(huán)節(jié)的控制信號:壓力設(shè)定信號、變頻故障信號處理、壓力檢測處理均由變頻器完成設(shè)定。壓力給定量由控制面板輸入,將壓力變送器的4~20mA反饋信號送入變頻器的AI1端子,經(jīng)過內(nèi)置PI調(diào)節(jié)器構(gòu)成模擬閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)。變頻器是整個(gè)系統(tǒng)控制核心。
變頻系統(tǒng)工作原理如圖:
當(dāng)變頻器被投入自動運(yùn)行時(shí),乳化泵電機(jī)變頻接觸器首先被控制導(dǎo)通,變頻器輸出頻率上升,同時(shí)管網(wǎng)壓力信號逐漸增加,出液管網(wǎng)的壓力信號與壓力設(shè)定信號負(fù)反饋閉環(huán),當(dāng)管網(wǎng)壓力與設(shè)定壓力基本平衡時(shí),變頻器控制變頻電機(jī)維持在一定的頻率下運(yùn)行,此時(shí)變頻器的PID調(diào)節(jié)器對管網(wǎng)的壓力反饋信號與設(shè)定壓力信號進(jìn)行比較,當(dāng)壓力反饋信號值高于設(shè)定壓力信號值時(shí),PID自動調(diào)節(jié)變頻器的輸出頻率,使變頻器的輸出頻率降低,從而降低電動機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速,使乳化泵站的輸出液體減少,管網(wǎng)的壓力下降,使系統(tǒng)的管網(wǎng)壓力與設(shè)定壓力基本平衡,并在新的平衡點(diǎn)運(yùn)行。
當(dāng)壓力反饋信號值低于設(shè)定壓力信號值時(shí),PID自動調(diào)節(jié)變頻器的輸出頻率,使變頻器的輸出頻率升高,從而提高電動機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速,使乳化泵站的輸出液體增加,管網(wǎng)的壓力升高,使系統(tǒng)的管網(wǎng)壓力與設(shè)定壓力基本平衡,并在新的平衡點(diǎn)運(yùn)行。變頻器的PID調(diào)節(jié)是動態(tài)它對調(diào)節(jié),它對管網(wǎng)的壓力信號時(shí)時(shí)檢測,并與壓力設(shè)定信號進(jìn)行比較,即時(shí)對變頻器的輸出頻率進(jìn)行調(diào)整,使管網(wǎng)的實(shí)際壓力與設(shè)定壓力一致,達(dá)到系統(tǒng)地恒壓供液的效果,從而滿足使用現(xiàn)場的工藝要求。
