能夠快速檢測(cè)到干擾是電網(wǎng)安全可靠操作的先決條件。因此，對(duì)諸如電流和電壓等特定變量的監(jiān)控必須持續(xù)不間斷進(jìn)行。數(shù)字式電網(wǎng)保護(hù)繼電器則用于對(duì)這些變量進(jìn)行監(jiān)視控制，它們起到斷開和切換有缺陷的電纜或變壓器的作用。當(dāng)電網(wǎng)保護(hù)繼電器識(shí)別到供電電纜上的錯(cuò)誤時(shí)，該線路中的斷路器立即發(fā)出切斷電路的觸發(fā)信號(hào)。
作為安全測(cè)試的一部分，電網(wǎng)繼保設(shè)備需要定期測(cè)試，以確保它們能夠正常工作。為了使測(cè)試操作相對(duì)便捷和安全，EAM以往使用可插拔式連接器。一旦建立連接，需要首先通過(guò)旋轉(zhuǎn)開關(guān)將待測(cè)互感器短路，“斷路器斷開”的信號(hào)則立即終止。
事實(shí)上功能測(cè)試只有在所有步驟完成之后才能開始。由于中壓開關(guān)設(shè)備通常只安裝一個(gè)保護(hù)裝置，因此在測(cè)試期間所有保護(hù)功能都被中止。如果電網(wǎng)在執(zhí)行測(cè)試的同時(shí)發(fā)生錯(cuò)誤，則保護(hù)裝置不能作出反應(yīng)，因此存在嚴(yán)重的潛在危險(xiǎn)，甚至可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致電網(wǎng)故障甚至系統(tǒng)組件損壞。
使用Fame進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)化和無(wú)差錯(cuò)的保護(hù)測(cè)試
為了使保護(hù)測(cè)試更簡(jiǎn)單、安全，菲尼克斯電氣開發(fā)了Fame組合化測(cè)試系統(tǒng)。在單個(gè)連接步驟中，該系統(tǒng)無(wú)需觸發(fā)開關(guān)即可將大量必要的觸點(diǎn)與測(cè)試裝置進(jìn)行連接。所有開關(guān)過(guò)程都通過(guò)插入測(cè)試插頭來(lái)自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)。待測(cè)互感器的接觸、分?jǐn)嗪投搪返捻樞蛲ㄟ^(guò)連接器指定，以確保操作正確。
