    為避免工件、夾具以及在工件周圍可能與刀具發(fā)生的干涉,就必須計(jì)算出刀具和工件的接觸點(diǎn),得到刀觸點(diǎn)序列,根據(jù)刀觸點(diǎn)序列和刀具形狀確定刀位點(diǎn)的位置,從而規(guī)劃出刀具的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,而不同的計(jì)算方法對(duì)刀具的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡影響很大,因此,優(yōu)化刀具軌跡算法也就顯得至關(guān)重要。刀具軌跡算法主要有以下幾種:

    2.2.1.等參數(shù)線法

      等參數(shù)線法較為簡(jiǎn)單,因此被得到廣泛應(yīng)用。這種算法基于原始曲面的參數(shù)路徑,故而容易獲取。由于大部分被加工曲面的構(gòu)建過程都有著固定的曲面參數(shù),因此很多刀具就借用了這些參數(shù)來獲取加工路徑。但是,僅通過借助這些參數(shù)生成的路徑,往往很難有效控制工件表面的曲面精度。其結(jié)果往往是,在曲面較窄的部位上,刀具路徑過于復(fù)雜,而在曲面較寬的位置,刀具路徑又過于稀疏。在這種條件下,工件表面粗糙度不能得到保證,表現(xiàn)得很不均勻,甚至?xí)霈F(xiàn)路徑重復(fù)的結(jié)果,其加工精度也難以保障。   

    2.2.2.等距截面法

      這種算法包含CL和CC兩種。其中,CL路徑截面線法是在加工過程中,其刀具路徑可以被運(yùn)用到另一個(gè)曲面。由此一來,在被加工曲面上產(chǎn)生的刀具偏置面就將與上述曲面形成一條交線,CL路徑截面線法就將這一交線就作為刀具路徑。而對(duì)于CC路徑截面線法,則是利用加工過程中刀具與工件的接觸作為另一曲面的路徑。相對(duì)CL路徑截面線法來說,CC路徑截面線法對(duì)加工時(shí)刀具路徑的控制比較容易,刀具路徑的分布也比較均勻。特別對(duì)于那些參數(shù)分布不太均勻的復(fù)雜曲面,CC路徑截面線法的加工效率往往表現(xiàn)地更高,但其路徑算法相對(duì)更加復(fù)雜,計(jì)算工作量比較大。
