、變頻改造方案:
1、KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10節(jié)能原理及效果
我們知道,用調(diào)整電機轉(zhuǎn)速的方法同樣可以調(diào)整供氣量。由于空壓機基本上屬于恒轉(zhuǎn)矩負載,用變頻調(diào)速的方法調(diào)整供氣量能使電機的輸出功率基本與轉(zhuǎn)速(供氣量)成正比關系,達到很好的節(jié)電效果。我們采用具有矢量控制功能的AMB變頻器,可使電機在低速時也能提供滿足負載需要的轉(zhuǎn)矩。同時,AMB變頻器的自動節(jié)能模式,可使電機在滿足負載轉(zhuǎn)矩要求下以最小電流運行,達到更好的節(jié)電效果。采用恒壓供氣變頻控制系統(tǒng)所帶來的效果如下:
1.1、出氣口釋放閥全部關閉,取消用出氣口釋放閥調(diào)節(jié)供氣量方式,以避免由此導致的電能浪費。代之以變頻器調(diào)整電機的轉(zhuǎn)速來調(diào)整氣體流量,使電機輸出的功率與流量需求基本上成正比關系,始終使電機高效率工作,以達到明顯的節(jié)電效果。例如當用氣量是額定供氣量的50%時,節(jié)電率可達40%以上;
1.2、利用變頻器的節(jié)能模式,可使電機在輕載時以最高效率運行,減少不必要的電能損耗;
1.3、根據(jù)嚴格的EMS標準,高效的PWM變頻器使用高速低耗的IGBT,降低諧波失真和電機的電能損失。
1.4、可使電機起動、加載時的電流平緩上升,沒有任何沖擊;可使電機實現(xiàn)軟停,避免反生電流造成的危害,有利于延長設備的使用壽命;避免因電流峰值帶來的電力公司的罰款;
1.5、KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10采用變頻控制系統(tǒng)后,可以實時監(jiān)測供氣管路中氣體的壓力,使供氣管路中的氣體的壓力保持恒定,提高生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量;
1.6、由于電機在高效率狀態(tài)下運行,功率因數(shù)較高,降低了無功損耗,節(jié)約了大量電能。
1.7、保存原釋放閥系統(tǒng),在必要時可參加調(diào)節(jié),增強系統(tǒng)的可靠性。
總之,采用恒壓供氣智能控制系統(tǒng)后,不但可節(jié)約30~40%的電力費用,延長壓縮機的使用壽命,并可實現(xiàn)"恒壓供氣"的目的,提高生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
2、KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10變頻改造方案設計原則
根據(jù)原工況存在的問題并結合生產(chǎn)工藝要求,空壓機變頻改造后系統(tǒng)應滿足以下要求:
2.1、電機變頻運行狀態(tài)保持儲氣罐出口壓力穩(wěn)定,壓力波動范圍不能超過±0.02Mpa。
2.2、系統(tǒng)應具有變頻和工頻兩套控制回路。
2.3、系統(tǒng)具有開環(huán)和閉環(huán)兩套控制回路。
2.4、一臺變頻器能控制兩臺空壓機組,可用轉(zhuǎn)換開關切換。
2.5、根據(jù)空壓機的工況要求,系統(tǒng)應保障電動機具有恒轉(zhuǎn)矩運行特性一。
2.6、為了防止非正弦波干擾空壓機控制器,變頻器輸入端應有抑制電磁干擾的有效措施。
2.7、在用電氣量小的情況下,變頻器處在低頻運行時,應保障電機繞組溫度和電機的噪音不超過允許的范圍。
2.8、考慮到系統(tǒng)以后擴展問題,變頻器應滿足將來工況擴展的要求。
3、KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10變頻器的選型
根據(jù)上述原則,經(jīng)過多方調(diào)研、比較,最后我們選擇安邦信公司生產(chǎn)的G9系列通用型變頻器,使該系統(tǒng)能夠滿足上述工況要求。
3.1、G9變頻器的頻率精度:數(shù)字設定為±0.01%;模擬設定為±0.2%?墒箟毫Σ▌臃秶鷿M足設計要求。
3.2、系統(tǒng)設計了變頻和工頻兩套主回路。
3.3、系統(tǒng)設計了閉環(huán)與開環(huán)兩套控制回路。
3.4、使用轉(zhuǎn)換開關可使變頻器任意控制兩臺空壓機組中的一臺。
3.5、G9型變頻器適用恒轉(zhuǎn)矩特性負載,該變頻器還具有轉(zhuǎn)矩補償和提升的功能。
3.6、在該變頻器上端加裝輸入電抗器,有效的抑制了變頻器對電網(wǎng)的干擾。
3.7、在該變頻器下端加裝輸出電抗器,保障了低頻運行時電機溫度噪音不超過允許范圍。
4、KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10改造方案原理
由變頻器,壓力變送器、電機、螺旋轉(zhuǎn)子組成壓力閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)自動調(diào)節(jié)電機轉(zhuǎn)速,使儲氣罐內(nèi)空氣壓力穩(wěn)定在設定范圍內(nèi),進行恒壓控制。
反饋壓力與設定壓力進行比較運算,實時控制變頻器的輸出步,從而調(diào)節(jié)電機轉(zhuǎn)速,使儲氣罐內(nèi)空氣壓力穩(wěn)定在設定壓力上。
KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10在電動機的應用
1、在提升機主電動機冷卻風機應用
兗州礦業(yè)(集團)公司鮑店煤礦通過把變頻器外部頻率給定端子與電控系統(tǒng)可編程自動化控制器的模擬量輸出端子連接,實現(xiàn)了離心式冷卻風機的風量隨著礦井提升機主電動機定子溫度變化而自動調(diào)節(jié),大幅度提高了風機效率。
該礦副井2部提升機主電動機采用離心式風機冷卻方式,利用調(diào)節(jié)風門開度大小來調(diào)節(jié)冷卻風量多少。在多年實際運行中發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在啟動電流大、風機效率非常低及風量不能自動調(diào)節(jié)等缺點。經(jīng)過論證,決定去掉調(diào)節(jié)風門,改由變頻器來驅(qū)動離心式風機的電動機,通過調(diào)節(jié)電動機轉(zhuǎn)動速度來調(diào)節(jié)冷卻風量;并將離心式風機變頻器的控制信號引入到提升機控制系統(tǒng)中,實現(xiàn)了離心式風機狀態(tài)實時監(jiān)控及風量自動調(diào)節(jié)。結合礦井提升系統(tǒng)實際情況,選用西門子MicroMaster440變頻器,其控制方式為矢量控制,性能穩(wěn)定可靠。
改造后,由于在變頻器中設定了電動機啟動曲線,離心式風機的電動機不再是全壓啟動,啟動電流由600A以上降到200A以下,大幅度減少啟動電流對電動機的沖擊。如可編程自動化控制器發(fā)出“變頻器啟動”命令6s后未得到變頻器“啟動完畢”反饋信號,則會發(fā)出離心式冷卻風機故障的信號,并閉鎖提升機;當變頻器發(fā)生故障不能正常工作時,離心式冷卻風機控制方式恢復為原先方式。在主電動機定子和轉(zhuǎn)子中預埋了Ni100測溫電阻,利用S7-400PLC模擬量輸入模塊可很容易檢測到電動機實際溫度,利用變頻器外部頻率跟定功能可實現(xiàn)頻率隨檢測到的電動機實際溫度自動調(diào)節(jié),增強系統(tǒng)安全性,有效控制提升機主電動機溫度變化;降低離心式冷卻風機運行時產(chǎn)生的噪音,基本是免維護運行,降低了勞動強度。
2、KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10防爆型交流變頻驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)
兗州礦業(yè)(集團)有限責任公司開發(fā)出一種防爆交流變頻驅(qū)動系統(tǒng),采用最先進的IG-BT模塊以及先進的直接力矩控制方式,使得防爆型交流變頻驅(qū)動的各個性能指標如啟動力矩、控制精度和快速響應能夠俊比同類產(chǎn)品有很大的提高,同時,防爆型交流變頻驅(qū)動在煤礦井下這一特殊環(huán)境中可廣泛使用,具有很大的優(yōu)越性和巨大的經(jīng)濟利益。
矢量控制和直接力矩控制是異步電動機變頻調(diào)速的主要控制方式。矢量控制技術要做到大范圍調(diào)速必須接速度反饋,而速度傳感器的安裝較麻煩且易于損壞。直接力矩控制在無速度傳感器的條件下仍能做到大范圍,而且具有較快的動態(tài)響應和大起動力矩(最大能夠達到200%),非常適應礦山大功率電動機的工作需求。
由于直接力矩控制技術發(fā)展很快,其力矩脈動較大的缺點得到了改善,現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)外許多變頻器廠家已把此技術應用到了通用變頻器中。因此,從先進性和實用性兩方面考慮,防爆型交流變頻驅(qū)動器采用直接力矩控制技術。
2.1KULICKE&SOFFA 075-00372-10其主要功能器件包括:
①功率器件。根據(jù)礦井交流異步電動機的運行特點,同時考慮國內(nèi)整流裝置的生產(chǎn)使用情況,選用帶浪涌吸收電路且具有軟恢復特性的三相整流橋模塊。
②限流電路。在驅(qū)動器剛接通電源后的一段時間里,電路串入限流電阻,將電容器的充電電流限制在允許的范圍之內(nèi)。
③制動電路。使用制動電阻將再生到直流電路的能量消耗掉,使電壓保持在允許范圍內(nèi)。制動單元的作用是控制流經(jīng)制動電阻的放電電流。
④驅(qū)動控制系統(tǒng)。由速度控制環(huán)和轉(zhuǎn)矩控制環(huán)組成,采用目前最常用的微處理控制芯片和輔助電路。
⑤人機接口。其主要的電氣保護有短路、過電流、過載、斷相及不平衡、漏電、過壓欠壓、變頻器過溫和電動機過熱、接地故障等。
