【Abstract】The TPV /WGRT thermoplastic elastomer was prepared on an internal mixer , and the effect of the amount of WGRT added and the amount of additives added on the perbance of the matrix was investigated . The results showed that when WGRT was added separaby , the tensile strength and modulus at 100% elongation of the matrix decreased gradually with the increasing of the addition amount , and the Shore A hardness gradually increased . When the addition amount of M603 compatibilizer increased , the tensile strength and modulus at 100% elongation of the matrix increased gradually , and then tend to be stable under adding different amounts of WGRT.

結(jié)論:1)隨著無鹵阻燃劑用量的增加，材料的硬度和壓縮永久形變呈現(xiàn)先減小然后增加的變化趨勢，其原因與無機填料的硬化效應(yīng)和分散劑的軟化效應(yīng)有關(guān)。2)隨著阻燃劑用量的增加，拉伸強度和100％定伸強度降低，斷裂伸長率降低。3)隨著剪切速率的增加，材料的表觀黏度降低，呈現(xiàn)剪切變稀現(xiàn)象，添加25％ 阻燃劑的黏度較純TPV略有降低，超過35％后黏度增加。4)當阻燃劑用量≥35％ 時，1．6 mm可達到V一1，3．2 mm可達到V-()，具有較好的防吸水性能，能滿足建材和電線電纜行業(yè)的要求。
