PC的主要用途
由于PC的力學(xué)性能優(yōu)良，可用來制造承受一定載荷的機械零件，如軸承、齒輪、蝸輪等。它的較高耐擊穿電壓強度，使其在廣泛應(yīng)用于制造電工工具外殼和其他零部件；PC的高透光率又使其廣泛用于制造光學(xué)儀器和照明器件。它優(yōu)良的耐熱性和耐寒性使其稱為優(yōu)良的蒸煮和冷凍食品的包裝材料，以及醫(yī)療器械等。

It has excellent heat resistance, can be used at 130 °C high temperature for a long time, cold resistance is also very good, in-180 °C is still not brittle crack. The mechanical properties of PC are similar to PA and POM, but the impact strength of PC is better than that of PA.. PC has excellent electrical insulation, good chemical stability, resistance to dilute acid, oxidant, reducing agent, salt, aliphatic hydrocarbon at room temperature, cream properties are good. The main disadvantages of PC are: poor bending fatigue strength, stress cracking, poor heat sealing, not resistant to Alkali, Ketone, aromatic hydrocarbon, swelling in many organic solvents, and stress cracking. It has poor compatibility with other resins, large friction coefficient and no self-lubrication.
