性質(zhì)：環(huán)保材料，非晶體聚合物，92%光線穿透率，熱變性溫度介于74°C~102°C間。

用途：燈罩、窗玻璃、標示牌、光學透鏡、硬式隱形眼鏡、汽車零件。
PMMA塑膠原料的化學性能
由于其較大的枝鏈，聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的黏度較高，因此在使用熱加工方法時加工速度比較慢，有機玻璃不但能用車床進行切削，鉆床進行鉆孔，而且能用丙酮、氯仿等粘結(jié)成各種形狀的器具，也能用吹塑、注射、擠出等塑料成型的方法加工成大到飛機座艙蓋，小到假牙和牙托等形形的制品。氰基丙烯酸酯、二氯甲烷或氯仿等都可以輕微地溶解有機玻璃，然后可以把兩塊有機玻璃牢固地黏合在一起。生產(chǎn)1公斤的PMMA，需要大約2公斤的石油。在有氧的情況下，PMMA在460°C開始燃燒，燃燒后生成二氧化碳、水、一氧化碳及包括甲醛在內(nèi)的一些低分子化合物。

干燥處理：PMMA具有吸濕性因此加工前的干燥處理是必須的。建議干燥條件為90C、2~4小時。
熔化溫度：240~270C。 模具溫度：35~70C°
注射速度：中等
