調(diào)節(jié)閥使用過久會導(dǎo)致行程不準(zhǔn),通俗的說在想開到某個位置總是有較大的誤差。
行程為0-100%,選取最大點進(jìn)行調(diào)校,分別是0、25、50、75、100,都是百分?jǐn)?shù)表示。尤其是機(jī)械式閥門定位器,調(diào)校時需要把定位器內(nèi)部的調(diào)節(jié)零位和調(diào)節(jié)跨度的兩個手動的部件位置清楚在哪里。
假如以氣開調(diào)節(jié)閥為例,進(jìn)行調(diào)校。
調(diào)零點,控制室或信號發(fā)生器給予4mA,調(diào)節(jié)閥應(yīng)該全關(guān),達(dá)不到全關(guān)進(jìn)行調(diào)零。調(diào)零完成直接調(diào)50%這個點,與之相差進(jìn)行跨度調(diào)整,同時注意反饋桿與閥桿應(yīng)該是處于垂直狀態(tài)。調(diào)好后再進(jìn)行100%這個點調(diào)整,調(diào)節(jié)好后再從0-100%之間的五個點反復(fù)調(diào)整,直到開度精確為止。
從機(jī)械式定位器到智能式定位器。站在科技方面看,科技發(fā)展的神速,給予一線維護(hù)人降低了勞動強(qiáng)度。個人認(rèn)為,想鍛煉動手能力和學(xué)到技術(shù),機(jī)械式定位器是的,尤其對于新入門的儀表人員。智能式定位器說白了,會看懂說明書上幾個字,手指動動就行了,什么調(diào)零點調(diào)量程,調(diào)行程一切自動調(diào)整,只要在哪里傻傻的等著它自己玩完了就整理了現(xiàn)場走人就是。對機(jī)械式的,很多部件要自己動手拆動手修理再安裝,對于動手能力肯有有提升,而且對其內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)更有印象。
不管是是非智能的,其對于整個自動化生產(chǎn)過程是處于主導(dǎo)地位的,一旦“罷工”,調(diào)節(jié)無從說起,自動化控制失去意義。
