潮汐苗床是一種床面為塑料結(jié)構(gòu)的栽培床,其床面采用塑料制作的潮汐式苗盤,它又稱底部灌溉式栽培床。這種潮汐式灌溉移動苗床采用基本與商品化金屬結(jié)構(gòu)栽培床相同的立柱、支撐,床面采用模壓成型的不透水塑料苗盤。灌溉時,苗盤內(nèi)注滿清水或營養(yǎng)液,并使其滯留一定的時間,以使作物依靠毛細(xì)作用通過花盆底部的排水孔吸收水分。之后灌溉水排出栽培床,或收集再利用,或直接排到當(dāng)?shù)氐南滤艿?
潮汐苗床面板，又叫潮汐面板，潮汐水盤，潮汐ABS面板。ABS面板分為工業(yè)級和食品級。工業(yè)級面板顏色發(fā)暗，使用壽命短；食品級面板添加了防紫外線顆粒，使用壽命長?，F(xiàn)在應(yīng)用比較廣泛的是食品級，它是由可食用級別ABS環(huán)保材料，板材高溫吸塑而成。顏色為亮灰色，面板厚度為3毫米。面板分為兩種：一種為獨立板，一種為拼接板。獨立版需要每臺苗床上面均放置一套上下水系統(tǒng)，拼接板為每臺苗床放置兩套上下水系統(tǒng)。常規(guī)尺寸有：1.22*2.44米，1.55*3.66米，1.69*4米，1.8*3米。常規(guī)尺寸我廠常年備有庫存，品質(zhì)優(yōu)良，價格優(yōu)惠。特殊尺寸也可以根據(jù)客戶的實際需求，開模定制。
