六、內(nèi)置冷風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，配備冷水機。
七、膠皮滾采用單獨變頻調(diào)速：生產(chǎn)時如果膠液質(zhì)量不好可通過膠皮滾調(diào)速來解決。
八、出丸區(qū)冷風(fēng)定型設(shè)計；避免拉網(wǎng)軸纏網(wǎng)膠，使膠囊成型更美觀 。
九、模具下丸部分采用特殊的斜斗，清洗非常方便。
十、供料泵與機頭采用外側(cè)傳動，供料泵內(nèi)的潤滑油不會進(jìn)入機頭。（供料泵獨立密封）
