液壓閥.改進(jìn)滑閥CFD分析針對(duì)現(xiàn)有常規(guī)滑閥存在的不足,將閥芯凹角改為圓弧,通過(guò)FIUENT軟件在相同條件下進(jìn)行仿真計(jì)算,得到了流量分別為0L/min0L/min0L/min時(shí),R為mm.mm.mm.mm.mmmm時(shí)的流場(chǎng)仿真結(jié)果。文中僅給出0L/min,R為.mm和mm的仿真結(jié)果,圖為速度矢量,圖為速度云圖,圖為湍動(dòng)能云圖。圖和圖為滑閥中性對(duì)稱(chēng)面的速度矢量圖和速度云圖,與圖a速度云圖對(duì)比可以發(fā)現(xiàn),改進(jìn)后閥芯凹角處旋渦強(qiáng)度減小,閥口處大流速減小,可有效降低閥腔內(nèi)的振動(dòng)和噪聲。比較圖和圖,可以發(fā)現(xiàn),R為mm閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)比R為.mm閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)能更有效地降低閥芯凹角處旋渦強(qiáng)度,減小閥口處液體流速。圖為滑閥中性對(duì)稱(chēng)面的湍能分布圖,與圖c對(duì)比可以發(fā)現(xiàn),改進(jìn)后大湍動(dòng)能減小,有效降低閥內(nèi)能量損失。對(duì)比圖a和圖b可以發(fā)現(xiàn),R為mm比R為.mm對(duì)減少湍動(dòng)能的損失效果更明顯。因此在相同條件下,入口流量一定時(shí),閥芯凹角處旋渦強(qiáng)度隨R的增大而減小。液壓閥表為改進(jìn)前后滑閥流體相關(guān)參數(shù)對(duì)比表,通過(guò)表可以看出結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)后的滑閥閥口流體流速減低,湍動(dòng)能減小,能量損失降低,說(shuō)明結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)后滑閥性能提高了,結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)具有合理性。
