泵為閥控自吸式徑向柱塞泵,排量固定。
泵基本上由殼體 (1)、偏心軸 (2) 以及吸油閥 (4)、壓力閥 (5和柱塞 (6) 等泵元件 (3)組成。
柱塞 (6) 相對(duì)于偏心軸 (2)沿徑向排列。柱塞 (6) 由液壓缸 (7) 導(dǎo)向并在彈簧 (8) 作用下貼緊偏心構(gòu)件 (2)。在柱塞 (6)向下運(yùn)動(dòng)的過程中,液壓缸 (7) 中工作腔體 (9) 的尺寸將增大。產(chǎn)生的負(fù)壓力用于自密封邊提升吸油閥板 (4.1) 。這樣可以打開吸油腔體 (10) 到工作腔體 (9)的連接。工作腔體中充滿液壓油。在柱塞 (6)向上運(yùn)動(dòng)的過程中,吸油閥將關(guān)閉,壓力閥 (5) 將開啟。液壓油現(xiàn)可經(jīng)壓力油口 (P)流向系統(tǒng)。
