3．1放料機 de-coiler

3．2校平機 leveling machine
a.工作輥數(shù)：九輥式校平機

b.結(jié)構(gòu)特點：校平輥經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)、鍍鉻處理后其剛性、表面粗糙度等機械性能大大提高；其由夾送輥及校平輥組成，夾送輥可單獨調(diào)整，校平上輥采用整體結(jié)構(gòu)，前后設兩個調(diào)整點，可形成一定的傾斜角度，便于提高校平質(zhì)量。校平機入料端帶有一對導向平輥及兩對導向立輥，導向立輥可對中移動及同時移動。手輪調(diào)整，帶刻度，方便對中。

校平機前后均帶有引料過橋裝置。校平機與送料器之間設活光電信號，發(fā)出反饋信號入控制系統(tǒng)，控制系統(tǒng)發(fā)出指令給變頻電機變速，以控制儲料區(qū)中料帶的儲存量，達到不間斷校平的目的。
